The intergovernmental board on climate alter stated there was a discernible human pressure on climate and that the pragmatic warming trend is unlikely to be alone natural in origin. In the mainly present Third Assessment Report the panel wrote There is new and stronger evidence that most of the warming sight over the last 50 years is attributable to human activities.
